FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can check availability and book directly on our online booking system. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us via email or phone. To confirm your reservation, you will be asked for your card details or a deposit via bank transfer.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF MY BOOKING

If you book on our online booking system, you should receive a confirmation on the email you provided. In case you haven’t received a booking confirmation, please contact us directly.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?

Check-in starts at 15:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.

IS THERE A PARKING SPACE FOR CARS?

No Stars does not have a dedicated parking space. However, the exterior of the building is quite spacious and is ideal for stopping your car to unload your luggage.

IS NO STARS CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTRE?

No Stars is a few minutes walk to the city centre, Ioannina lake and the central market.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Our apartments have large balconies suitable for smokers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEY?

We always make sure we have a set of keys while you are staying in one of our apartments. However, if you loose your key, please let us know as soon as possible.

IS THERE A COFFEE MACHINE IN THE APARTMENTS?

Yes, the kitchen of each apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a Nespresso machine.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?

If you need to change your booking, please email us and we will do our best to assist you. Depending on the Cancellation Policy of your reservation, this may not always be possible.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

You can either change the reservation directly via the online system, or you can get in touch with us and we will assist you. This depends on the availability.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No Stars is a pet friendly property. Pets are allowed, and the ground floor apartment is considered ideal for pets because of its direct access to the garden. Please let us know in advance if you visiting with your pet.

IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO THE APARTMENTS?

The apartment located on the ground floor is suitable for wheelchair access. However, it is not specially designed for people with limited mobility. There is no special equipment in the bathroom or the bedroom. If you need specific requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

DO YOU ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?

We do not offer transfer to or from the airport. However, we can recommend trusted partners who can assist you.

IS THERE AN INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE APARTMENTS?

Yes, there is high-speed internet connection in all areas of the apartments

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept payment online and bank transfers. For more information you can contact us. 

CAN I PAY IN DIFFERENT CURRENCY FOR MY STAY?

All payments must be paid in Euros. 

  • Before making a reservation, please check the Cancellation and Refund Policy as described with our rates..

    Please note that:

    • No Stars reserves the right upon receipt of an incoming booking to pre-authorize the visitor’s credit card.

    • No Stars reserves the right to cancel a booking if the credit card details are invalid.

    • No Stars offer two types of rates:

→ non-refundable, which means that no refund is possible in case of cancellation,
→ and reservations with Free Cancellation option, where free cancellation is allowed within a certain period.

Therefore, in case the visitor has chosen to book a non-refundable price category, there is no refund in case of cancellation.

Accordingly, in case the visitor has chosen to book a category with free cancellation, then the following applies:

  • if the cancellation is within the Free Cancellation period, any payment that has already been made will be refunded.
  • if the cancellation is outside the cancellation period, then the guest will be charged 100% of the reservation.
  • In cases of cancellation of the entire or part of the reservation upon arrival or during the stay, or in case of no-show, the customer is charged 100% of the stay. There will be no refund or credit given for future bookings.. The total amount is charged as cancellation fees.

    Guest Behaviour

    Guests are requested to be respectful of other residents of the property. Also, all tenants must comply with No Stars regulations, while the property reserves the right to refuse access or evict any person whose behavior it deems objectionable. In this case, No Stars is not required to pay any compensation.

    Apartment Damage

    In the event of damage to a room or other property due to intent or negligence, No Stars reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to business interruption, to the registered visitor’s credit/debit card. In the cases where the visitor has not paid by credit card, but in cash or another way, No Stars will demand the immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered otherwise it reserves all its legal rights.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Please use our contact details (email or phone) to check availability. Alternatively, you can go directly online to the booking section of the website to check availability. Before your booking is made you will be asked to fill in your billing details online and your card will be charged.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?

If you need to make a change to your booking, please email us and we will try to accommodate you. However, this is not always possible. Please read the Cancellation Policy carefully.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF MY BOOKING

Once payment is complete, you will receive a booking confirmation. If you do not receive anything, please contact us directly.

IS THERE A MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY IN YOUR ACCOMMODATION?

The minimum stay at No Stars is 28 nights.

WHAT IS THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME FROM THE APARTMENT?

The arrival time is set at 15:00 pm and the departure time at 11:00 am. However, we will be happy to accommodate you and offer some flexibility in the predetermined times if possible.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the accommodation of our guests. However, we cannot guarantee this extension.

IS THERE A PARKING SPACE FOR CARS?

The No Stars building does not have a dedicated parking space for cars. However, the exterior of the building is quite spacious and is ideal for parking your car.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN THE APARTMENT?

Each apartment has a different layout, but includes a double bed and a large sofa that becomes a double bed or two single beds, accommodating from 2 to 4 people.

ARE THE APARTMENTS CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTRE?

The location of No Stars is almost a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are allowed, and especially the ground floor apartment is considered ideal for pets due to its easy access to the garden.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT?

Although our apartments have large balconies that are suitable for smokers, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO THE APARTMENTS?

The apartment located on the ground floor is suitable for wheelchair access. However, the apartment and the bathroom are not specially designed for people with reduced mobility. If you need specific requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEY?

We always make sure we have a set of keys while you are staying in one of our apartments. However, if you can't find your set, then we will have to re-pick keys. The charge for this is extra.

DO YOU ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?

We personally do not provide transportation to and from the airport for our guests, but we can recommend suitable people who may be able to accommodate your needs.

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS AND SHEETS?

Yes, fresh linen and towels are provided.

IS THERE AN INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE APARTMENTS?

Yes, there is high-speed internet connection in all areas of the apartments.

IS THERE A COFFEE MACHINE IN THE APARTMENTS?

Yes, the entire kitchen of each apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee maker.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

No, no deposit is required as full payment is required to complete the reservation of the apartment.

CAN I PAY IN A DIFFERENT CURRENCY?

All payments must be made in Euro.
